Effective 15 Oct 2026 — changes from the 24 August 2026 version:
- Cancelled client accounts: Data is now kept for 30 days after the account is deactivated (was 14 days) before it is permanently deleted, giving more time to request an export or reactivate. Unactivated trials are unchanged. — How long we keep personal data
- Invoices: Paid-plan acceptance records now keep the invoice number rather than the invoice itself. Invoices are kept in our accounting records, separately from the service, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. — How long we keep personal data
The updated Privacy Policy applies from 15 October 2026.
